What FleetRegistry is
FleetRegistry provides a registry of record for AI agents: identity, permissions, evidence, and governed actions, kept in a tamper-evident ledger. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
It's early, and we say so
The service is provided during an Early Access period: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep the record durable and correct — that's the whole point — but Early Access software is Early Access software.
Use it lawfully, own your fleet
You are responsible for the agents you register, the actions you authorize, and ensuring you have the right to connect any account (including Gmail) that you connect. Don't use the service to break the law, violate others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or misrepresent the registry's records.
Append-only means append-only
Registry records are hash-chained and append-only. You may revoke, supersede, and annotate; nobody — including us — quietly rewrites history. Closing your account removes your data from service per the Privacy Policy; public checkpoints contain only hashes.
The boring-but-necessary part
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetRegistry's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, on the Free plan, is zero), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, termination, governing law
We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a new date; continued use is acceptance. Either side can end the relationship at any time — you by closing your account, us by notice if these terms are violated. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
